Founder and Managing Director
Walter Thomas Lutz has been supporting individuals, companies and organizations in their communication needs for more than 20 years. Prior to that, he held managerial positions in communications for Ringier and Jean Frey (now Axel Springer Schweiz) and worked as a communications specialist at EY and as a journalist. Walter Thomas Lutz holds an Executive MSc in Communications Management (EMScom) from the University of Lugano (USI) and University of California (UCLA), as well as a BSc in Business Administration.

Patricia Zweifel Lutz leads the recruitment of communication specialists as a service for clients. She is the founder of Patricia Zweifel Consulting. Previously, she worked in personnel management, outplacement consulting and as a senior consultant and managing director at Mooser & Partner. Patricia Zweifel Lutz holds a degree in human resources and has additional training in systemic coaching and career counseling.
